Insurance

  • Do you offer shipping insurance?
    The customer is responsible for shipping insurance. Insurance is charged at 2% of the order total, and is automatically added during checkout.

Payment Options

  • Can I pay with a Direct Bank Transfer?
    Yes, you have the option to pay for your order via a direct bank transfer.
    PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Please make your payment directly into our bank account.
    • Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
    • Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
    • Please ensure that you make the transfer within the next 24 hours. After that the order will be cancelled.

We do not capture any of your financial information. After payment was completed on the PayPal website, you will be able to return to the Benguela website. Upon completion of the order you will receive a confirmation email from Benguela Diamonds with an invoice of your purchase. When your order is shipped it will contain a GIA or EGL certificate and valuation certificate for each stone. Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 30-days return policy. If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any diamond in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. VAT

  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
    Value added tax (VAT) will be applied for all orders placed on the website. The VAT amount is calculated based on the shipping destination of your order. Please note that this charge will appear in the shopping bag after you have entered a shipping destination.
